Meet Margaux

Your Mindful Designer. Guided by Feng Shui, Sustainable Design + Spirit Tingles

Designer ✨ Crystal Miner ✨ Textile Junkie

Hi, I’m Margaux!

I’m a professionally educated interior designer (yes, I went to school for this) and an Aquarius with impeccable taste. My design philosophy is guided by traditional Feng Shui + spirit-tingles—an energetic affirmation that we're on the right design path.

My goal is to design spaces around how a room actually feels, followed by a great aesthetic. I believe that investing in our physical environments is a necessity, not a luxury, and what we choose to surround ourselves with matters because tangible possessions affect both our emotional + physical well-beings. The result is an intentional interior where the final look is able to complement your lifestyle.

Forever-seeking vintage textiles, flowing caftans + crisp sauvignon blancs,

  • Etheric Living + Co. is a reminder that everything is connected, just like the body, mind + spirit.

Etheric Living refers to energetically-conscious design rooted in intention setting.

+ Co. speaks to the collaboration between us all; you, me, the artisans we source from, and the community we all belong to.

  • Every time you’re saying “Yes” to something, you’re saying “No” to something else; and that’s what living an intentional life is. Similarly, intentional interior design involves being conscious about the things you include in your environment (and what you leave out). Filling your spaces with intentional energy in this way invites the Universe to give you more of what you desire.

  • Honestly, I’m more concerned with how a space feels than what it looks like. Functionality comes first, then Feng Shui, then the decor. This forms the basis of my authentic aesthetic.

I’d prefer to shop for inspiration over items any day. Many of my clients have everything they need already. So we restyle or repurpose existing items in new ways, then layer in a few timeless additions that bring it all together.

While plastics + polypropylenes are widely accepted, I prefer to recommend natural materials; cotton curtains, wool rugs, solid hardwood furniture, and other elements found in nature.

    My other signatures include:

✨ Strong sight lines that spark interest and curiosity

    ✨ Big, dramatic installations

    ✨ Vintage textiles

    ✨ Mid-century vintage finds

✨ Unique artisan handicrafts & collaborations

  • If you are at all familiar or comfortable with DIY, virtual interior design makes it accessible and affordable for you to elevate your surroundings.

As a member of a military family that relocates every three years (HI, FL, VA and counting), I recognized an exciting opportunity to go beyond in-person client relationships and pivot towards virtual design.

No matter where you are, I want to give you the gift of knowledge, filled with the resources and support you need to create a space you feel great being in. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to make intentional design accessible to like-minded clients from anywhere and everywhere.

100% of our designs are infused with three key elements:
